The message body format can be ASCII text, HTML or HTML-Lite. Select a message prepared in another application or click on Edit/Create Body Text to enter your message directly on the messageREACH screen.
Multipart/Alternative
You have the option to send the body of your message in multiple formats, which allows for different browser capabilities. If a mail program cannot display HTML, text or HTML-Lite will be substituted.
Personalization
If you wish to personalize the message body—or any attachment or pull file that is in text or HTML format, you may add insert tags which correspond to INS numbered fields created within your list.
